This is delightful, thank you so much!! Shoka is thoroughly amused by Mightyena and Ribombee's scuffle and, when she visits Mightyena later, she'll say that she decided to throw her a bone just for giving her some much-needed entertainment. In reality, she was surprised and genuinely touched that they were fighting over her of all people, and Mightyena's pitch reminded her—just a little bit—of her loser friends back home.
